About the Role
~1 min readThis is a role where your judgement really matters and you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of a product domain from end to end, shaping not only what gets built, but why it gets built and the impact it delivers. You'll work closely with customers, stakeholders and engineering teams to solve meaningful problems, influence product direction and see your decisions translate into real business and customer outcomes.
There will always be more good ideas than there is capacity to deliver them. A key part of the role is making thoughtful prioritisation decisions, building the case for your domain and sometimes accepting that other initiatives will take precedence. The challenge isn't just deciding what to do next, but being able to clearly explain why, backed by evidence, customer insight and business value.
Requirements

- Experience leading discovery activities, using customer research, data and stakeholder insights to uncover problems and validate opportunities.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams to shape solutions, manage trade-offs and drive delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence priorities and communicate decisions clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
- The ability to quickly build understanding of unfamiliar business domains, customer needs and operational challenges.
- Experience defining success measures and using data, feedback and outcomes to inform future product decisions.
- Practical experience of Agile and iterative product development approaches, delivering value incrementally and learning from results.
- Experience using AI tools to support activities such as research, analysis, prototyping or product delivery, with a clear understanding of where they add value.
- Experience working with business systems such as CRM, ERP, billing or e-commerce platforms.
- Experience within regulated industries or complex, multi-brand organisations.
- Commercial awareness, including experience interpreting business performance metrics or contributing to investment cases.
