Manager - US Tax

Wipfli India is seeking an experienced and results-driven Tax Manager to lead complex US Tax engagements, with a strong focus on Partnership Taxation (Form 1065), S-Corporation Taxation (Form 1120-S), and C-Corporation Taxation (Form 1120). or High Net Worth Individuals (Form 1040). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in US tax compliance, planning, and consulting, particularly serving clients

• Lead and review complex US tax engagements across Partnerships (Form 1065), S-Corporations (Form 1120-S), and C-Corporations (Form 1120), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.• Manage preparation and review of Form 1065, Form 1120-S, and Form 1120, along with related schedules, state filings, and tax provisions.• Estimate & Extensions calculations for federal and state returns.• Complex Form 1040 compliance and review and Tax planning for business owners, executives, and high-net-worth individuals• Prior experience serving Construction/ Real Estate Industry Taxation Manufacturing, Retail and Distribution OR High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) clients will be a significant advantage.• Provide technical guidance on US tax compliance, tax planning strategies, and regulatory requirements.• Identify, anticipate, and resolve significant tax issues impacting client deliverables.• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of tax returns and client engagements.• Participate in calls with the onshore (US) team to discuss team progress, quality and productivity.• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.• Review financial statements and tax positions while ensuring alignment with US GAAP.• Support tax research and provide recommendations on complex tax matters.Skills & Abilities
