Responsibilities
~1 min read- Pick cases
- Stock rooms and maintain readiness
- Set up rooms with appropriate equipment and supplies
- Ensure stretchers, tables, devices are set up in the correct position with the correct accessories.
- Help turnover ORs between cases to allow the surgical staff a break/lunch
- Check equipment availability and report malfunction
- Manage consignment and specialty supply inventory
- Unload orders
- Track inventory needs in backroom
- Clean instruments appropriately
- Pack kits accurately
- Run Bowie Dicks and biologics
Requirements
~1 min readPrevious experience as an MA is preferred, but not required.
The expected range of pay for this position is $20-30/hr.
