OTC Equity Drafter - New York
Quick Summary
Role: OTC Equity Drafter Location: New York Employment Type: Permanent Salary Range: $100,000 - $155,000 (dependent on experience) This is a great opportunity to join Delta Capita’s Post Trade Services Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.
Risk mitigate and confirm OTC derivative transitions with both internal and external clients via paper or electronic confirmation process.
Deal with trade confirmation language and economic breaks.
Collaborate with counterparties - resolving urgent issues, clarification of issues or drafting points on outstanding trade confirmations.
Draft ad-hoc confirmations in conjunction with Legal.
Create templates if necessary, seeking Sales, Trading and Legal approvals.
Deliver strategic projects to drive efficiency and enhanced controls.
Manage other tasks assigned as demand dictates.
Requirements
~1 min readExtensive knowledge of the 2002 and 2006 ISDA Equity and Swap Definitions.
Experience in drafting and reviewing OTC Equity Structured Products. Such products include Conditional Variance Swaps, Phoneix Autocalls, Swap Strategies and Worst/Best of Strategies.
