Quality Assurance Lead (Assistance Vice President)

Join Delta Capita's Report Hub team and play a pivotal role in delivering quality across one of the financial industry's leading regulatory reporting platforms. Report Hub supports global financial institutions in meeting complex regulatory obligations, processing large volumes of critical data with precision and reliability.

As the Quality Assurance Lead, you will lead quality engineering across multiple delivery squads, driving testing strategy, automation, quality governance and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture and Infrastructure teams to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable and high-performing solutions.

  Define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy for Report Hub.

  Lead test automation initiatives and enhance testing frameworks.

• →

  Oversee functional, integration, API, data and non-functional testing.

• →

  Ensure quality practices are embedded within Agile and CI/CD delivery processes.

• →

  Mentor and develop QA engineers while fostering a culture of engineering excellence.

• →

  Partner with senior stakeholders to manage quality risks and drive delivery outcomes.

• Proven background of leading QA or Quality Engineering teams within complex enterprise environments with 7-8 years of minimum experience.

• Strong expertise in test automation, Agile delivery and DevOps practices.

• Experience testing APIs, distributed systems and data-intensive applications.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to balance delivery speed, quality, regulatory compliance and operational risk.

Experience with several of the following technologies is highly desirable:

• Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence

• Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, SpecFlow

• C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python

• REST APIs, Postman, JSON, XML

• SQL Server, Azure SQL

• Microsoft Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

• JMeter and performance testing tools

• Financial services and regulatory reporting platforms

• EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR, CFTC or similar regulations

• SaaS or managed services environments

• Work on a market-leading regulatory technology platform.

• Collaborate with highly skilled engineering and product teams.

• Drive strategic quality initiatives using modern cloud technologies.
