Delta Capita is expanding its Structured Products business in APAC and is looking for a Structured Products Document Automation Specialist to join our global team. This junior-to-mid-level opportunity is suited to someone with practical experience in structured products documentation within the APAC market, together with hands-on experience using AI and automation tools to support document drafting, template development, validation and quality control.
This is an opportunity to build specialist expertise within a fast-growing global business and work with leading investment banks across the structured products industry. You will support our global team in delivering end-to-end structured product issuance services across documentation, governance, automation and process improvement, with guidance from experienced colleagues and increasing responsibility as your expertise develops.
Responsibilities
~1 min readSupport the creation, maintenance and updating of structured products documentation templates for use in AI-enabled automation. This may include Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Specific Summaries, Key Information Documents and related ancillary documentation.
Review automated documentation output against approved client templates and trade details, identify discrepancies and make or escalate corrections as appropriate.
Manage an assigned pipeline of documentation work, meet agreed deadlines and provide clear updates on status, risks and progress.
Work with stakeholders across business, legal and operations teams, contributing to effective working relationships and the delivery of accurate, high-quality documentation services.
Contribute ideas for process improvement and help test and refine the use of AI and automation within structured products documentation workflows.
Collaborate with colleagues across regions, share knowledge and follow agreed standards to support consistent and efficient delivery.
Some practical experience of structured products issuance and documentation, with a working understanding of common product structures, payoffs and documentation requirements.
Experience drafting and or reviewing structured products documentation, such as Termsheets, Pricing Supplements, Final Terms, Issuer Specific Summaries, Key Information Documents and related ancillary documentation.
Hands-on exposure to document automation, workflow tools or template-based document generation; experience within structured products documentation is preferred.
Practical experience using AI tools to support documentation activities, with an understanding of the importance of prompt quality, validation, accuracy and appropriate human review.
Confidence working with stakeholders across business, legal and operations teams, and the ability to communicate questions, issues and progress clearly.
Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple items of work.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn and develop both documentation and automation expertise.
