→Scale all ingredients according to recipes.
→Cut, weigh, scale, measure and place dough in bins/mixing bowls and move into fermentation area
→Fill mixers with pre-measured ingredients in correct sequence.
→Monitor and maintain the correct size, color and weight of various products as set out by our recipe specifications
→Troubleshoot dough, adding ingredients to ensure the quality expectations are being met and taking into account the variables such as ingredients, temperature
→Keep the area clean and put away utensils in the proper location after use. Adhere to all Food Safety and Health & Safety policies and procedures and have an understanding and respect for GMPs.

Previous experience as a mixer in a food manufacturing / production setting is preferred
You have strong people skills—you’re approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
You have previously worked in a manufacturing environment (even better if it was food manufacturing!)
You have previous baking experience, and ideally some knowledge of SAP
You are comfortable lifting 30-50 pounds to move our ingredient packages and cases
Like working in a fast-paced environment, be self-reliant, and be energized by opportunities to learn and grow, and be a steward of your own career
Solid mathematical skills to help bring our recipes to life in the bakery
You’re dedicated to the health and safety of yourself and your colleagues
