Role: Solution Architect - Design solutions of Architecture for Banking solutions/ Payment solutions.

Duration - (6-Months Contract)

Location: Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil (5 Days Onsite)

We are seeking a highly technical, business-focused technology leader to drive operational excellence and technology modernization within a financial services environment.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience leading finance systems covering treasury, invoicing, cash management, reporting, and reconciliations.

• Strong hands-on technical background with SQL, Oracle SQL, data architecture, and enterprise applications.

• Experience in: Treasury, Accounting, Asset Management, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Purchasing.

• Experience supporting, maintaining, and enhancing critical business applications in production environments.

• Exposure to lease management or leasing systems is highly desirable.

• Ability to operate as a startup-style CTO, delivering practical, cost-effective technology solutions with limited resources.

• Track record of creating and executing technology roadmaps aligned to long-term business transformation goals.

• Experience partnering closely with business stakeholders and leading cross-functional technical teams.

• Strong understanding of banking and financial services regulations, ideally including Brazilian regulatory requirements.

• Experience managing high-volume financial operations, including invoicing environments processing approximately 3,000 invoices per month.

• Knowledge of ERP transformation and migration programs, particularly organizations preparing for future SAP implementations.
