We're looking for a caring, organized, and professional Caring Hub Specialist to connect families and job applicants with the support they need.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Answer incoming calls.
- →Respond to calls, texts, and emails.
- →Schedule client consultations and interviews.
- →Enter and update information accurately.
- →Follow up with clients and applicants.
- →Communicate with branch staff.
- →Support reports and daily team goals.
- Excellent customer service and phone skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Good computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Caring, empathetic, and professional approach.
- Basic medical terminology is a plus.
Requirements

- Read, write, and speak English.
- Reliable transportation.
- Accurate typing and data entry.
- Professional, positive, and dependable.
