Direct Care Worker (Home Care)

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Direct Care Worker, you will:

→Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
→Provide companionship and emotional support
→Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
→Run errands and grocery shop when needed
→Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
→Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
→Offer medication reminders
→Maintain accurate documentation of client activities and well-being

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Reliable, insured vehicle
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Proof of residency (2 years)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Open availability preferred
COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption documentation
