Senior Move Manager (Part‑Time → Potential Full‑Time)
Location: Upstate SC — Hybrid/On‑site as required Hours: 20–25 hours/week to start; may increase based on workload. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel in Upstate SC.

Position Summary We’re seeking an experienced Senior Move Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee residential moves from initial consultation through post‑move follow‑up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable supervising teams and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct client consultations and develop customized move plans and timelines
  • Coordinate logistics: packing, inventory, transportation, and placement
  • Supervise and schedule move crews, vendors, and third‑party services
  • Create and maintain detailed inventories, floor plans, and checklists
  • Communicate proactively with clients and family members; provide status updates
  • Manage budgets, estimates, invoices, and cost tracking
  • Handle delicate items, estate or downsizing projects with sensitivity
  • Ensure compliance with NASMM best practices and company policies
  • Provide post‑move follow up and resolve client concerns
Qualifications
  • 1+ years in move management, relocation coordination, senior move services, or related field a plus but not a requirement
  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer‑focused
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, crews, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Basic budgeting  experience
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work on‑site as needed
  • NASMM training or certification a plus but not required (company is NASMM‑certified)
  • Background check required
