Mixer 1/Mixer 2 Utility

3/08/2023

The Mixer 1/Mixer 2 Utility position supports the requirements of Mixer 1 and Mixer 2 by helping to stage raw materials, loading feed conveyors, preparing compound totes that are used in the mixers, and providing an avenue to keep the mixers running while the Mixer Operator is tending to other mixers or while on scheduled breaks. When both mixers are running, the Mixer 1/Mixer 2 Utility position will function as a second mixer operator. When the production needs do not dictate a required second person to help with mixing, the Mixer 1/Mixer 2 Utility position will function at other utility-type roles within the plant and will work to meet other needs in areas such as: Weathered Membrane Cleaner, Cut-Edge Sealant, Labeling, and Packaging.
