Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Onsite Job Fair: Thursday, 8/27 10:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M.

• →Familiar with day-to-day manufacturing activities and positions on the production floor
• →Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and problem-solving tools
• →Ability to quickly identify safety concerns and address with necessary team members
• →Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and direct reports
• →Strong MS Office and ERP skills, SAP preferred

• Required:
  • Education: HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Experience: 5 years in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated leadership abilities
• Preferred:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field required
  • Experience: Metal fabrication environment preferred

• Manufacturing facility with exposure to varying temperatures and dust.
• Hours Worked: Sunday – Thursday, 10PM – 6AM. Shift: 3RD
• Flexible to the possibility of overtime and weekend hours when required.

Physical Requirements:  

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Used:  

• Eye and hearing protection is required at all times on the production floor.  

• Safety toe shoes (steel/composite) 

• Hi-Vis Vests 

• Other PPE as defined by management within assigned department.
