What we are hiring for:

Schedule:

PART TIME - Friday and Saturday: 1:30pm - 9pm

Pay Range:

$19.50 - $20.50

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the “Director of First Impressions” by greeting visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism while providing accurate information and direction.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, monitor emergency systems, and respond promptly to resident and guest needs with a high level of customer service.
  • Support administrative tasks such as maintaining resident records, handling mail, and coordinating with maintenance or other departments as needed.
  • Assist the Sales and Activities teams by helping with event coordination, guest arrangements, and preparation of marketing materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, present a professional appearance, and stay informed about community events to keep residents and guests engaged.
  • Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices.
  • Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
  • Prior administrative experience preferred but not required – we will train the right candidate!
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and team members.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems.
