As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in building the teams that keep Carma moving. You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment across our corporate teams, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and finding the people who will help us deliver.

This is a hands-on, high-volume TA role where you'll balance speed and scale with a great candidate experience. From sourcing and screening to assessment centres, offers and talent pooling, you'll own your roles end-to-end while helping us continuously improve the way we recruit.
