We're looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven professional to lead one of the most exciting growth opportunities within our organization. As our Partnerships & Special Events Manager, you'll be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, creating sponsorship opportunities, growing our preferred vendor program, and producing signature events that generate revenue and strengthen our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow Carmens Group's Preferred Partner Program across multiple venues.
  • Recruit and manage strategic vendor relationships including entertainment, décor, photography, DJs, and more.
  • Create partnership packages, pricing models, sponsorship opportunities and value-added programs.
  • Collaborate with our Sales teams to maximize referrals and revenue opportunities.
  • Own the planning and execution of Carmens Group-produced events such as:
    • New Year's Eve celebrations
    • Mother's Day Brunches
    • Seasonal activations
    • Community events
    • New event concepts from idea through execution
  • Oversee budgets, vendor coordination, ticket sales strategies, marketing collaboration, operational planning and post-event analysis for internal events.
  • Identify new corporate sponsors and community partners.
  • Create sponsorship packages and activation opportunities.
  • Manage sponsor relationships from proposal through fulfillment.
  • Deliver measurable value that encourages long-term renewals.

You are someone who naturally builds relationships, thinks commercially, and enjoys turning ideas into profitable initiatives.

You'll likely have:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, sales, hospitality, events, business development or vendor management
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • A passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Experience in hospitality, weddings, tourism, entertainment or events is considered an asset

Experience creating new revenue streams or growing partnership programs will make you stand out.
