Plant Manager

Description:​

As Plant Manager for the East Basin (Moha, Seilles & Engis), you will be responsible for the operational and administrative management of the sites under your responsibility. You will provide leadership and ensure compliance with legislated regulations. You will develop and maintain a highly productive team of management and hourly employees by constantly driving training, communications, employee involvement, and continuous improvement. You will direct and integrate all operations across the manufacturing facilities.​

Under the management of the Operational Director CWE, your responsibilities will be :​

You will be part of the Operations Department at Carmeuse and report directly to Elise Di Marino, Operational Director CWE. You will work closely with the Production, Maintenance, and Quarry teams, leading a team of six direct reports and collaborating with key stakeholders on a daily basis.​
