Carolina Family Estate Planning is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in crafting personalized estate plans that ensure our clients' wishes are met and their loved ones are protected.
Carolina Family Estate Planning (CFEP) is an education-first law firm based in Cary that provides estate planning, elder law, asset protection, and estate administration legal services. We are a passionate and diverse group of people who believe that doing the right thing is the best way to help our clients. CFEP has been around for over a decade and is currently growing at a significant pace. We are building a team of enthusiastic, fun, compassionate people to help clients build better lives using the services we provide.
Responsibilities

Conduct client meetings to understand their unique needs and goals.
Effectively communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in estate planning law.
Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.
Requirements

Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Hybrid: Remote and Cary, NC
Typical Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshop presentations.
