Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the design, installation and maintenance of facilities and utilities (electrical, compressed air, water, HVAC).
• Manages infrastructure projects, site modifications and contractor execution.
• Ensures reliability, uptime and energy efficiency of building systems and utilities.
• Supports commissioning of facility systems and equipment connections.
• Maintains facility documentation, drawings and preventive-maintenance plans.
• Ensures compliance with safety and building codes (OSHA, NFPA, NEC).
• Analyzes utility consumption and drives cost and sustainability improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of facilities, plant-engineering or industrial-utilities experience.
• 5+ years experience working with building systems and utilities (electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed air, water).
• 3+ years of experience managing facility projects and coordinating contractors.
• 5+ years of experience working with safety and building codes (OSHA, NFPA, NEC).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical and P&ID drawings.
• Experience with facility construction and utility installation projects.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability programs.
• Project management certification (PMP).
