• →Completing warranty, chargeable repairs/breakdowns and service visits in the postcode areas SL, GU, KT, TW, CR.
• →Diagnose technical issues and coordinate effective solutions to ensure timely resolution
• →Coordinate problem resolution, customer service and other personnel to expedite repairs
• →Maintain records of performance reports
• →Delivering best in class customer service on-site in residential properties

• ACS qualified gas engineer (CCN1 and CENWAT mandatory)
• Demonstrable technical experience gained within the HVAC, heating, or related industry
• Have a high attention to detail
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Have a confident and adaptable work style
• Have excellent communication skills
• Ability to work closely with and develop relationships with clients
• Valid UK driving licence
• Desirable - Heat Pump experience & F-Gas certification
