We are seeking an FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, cost management, and operational finance activities for the business. In this highly visible role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Plant Leadership by providing financial insights, driving productivity initiatives, managing capital investments, and ensuring financial discipline across the organization. This position plays a critical role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making while delivering strong financial performance and compliance.

As an FP&A Manager, you'll be responsible for:

• →Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for the business.
• →Monitoring daily operating expenses and ensuring spending aligns with approved budgets.
• →Analyzing budget-to-actual variances and providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
• →Driving cost reduction, productivity, and operational efficiency initiatives across the organization.
• →Developing and presenting financial reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance analyses for leadership teams.
• →Coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
• →Preparing journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, and account reconciliations.
• →Analyzing financial results and explaining variances versus forecast, budget, and prior year performance.
• →Managing capital expenditure budgets and monitoring spending controls for capital projects.
• →Overseeing fixed asset capitalization processes, asset creation, and Construction in Progress (CIP) balances.
• →Supporting annual physical asset verifications and fixed asset audits.
• →Tracking project expenditures, commitments, budget consumption, and financial performance.
• →Partnering with project managers to identify financial risks, cost overruns, ROI opportunities, and schedule impacts.
• →Providing regular updates on project financial status and key performance metrics.
• →Acting as the finance lead for strategic and operational initiatives while providing guidance to cross-functional stakeholders.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or industrial environments.
• Experience with capital project management and fixed asset accounting.
• Strong ERP systems experience, preferably SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence business decisions across multiple functions.

Although Not Necessary, It Would Be Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Previous experience supporting large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading productivity, cost optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of project finance, ROI analysis, and capital investment evaluations.
