Requirements

3+ years of NPI or product-industrialization experience in manufacturing.
Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience with product launches in high-growth environments.
Project-management and CAD proficiency; PMP or Six Sigma preferred.
CAD and quality-tools proficiency.
Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP and process validation.
Proven ability to manage launches to time, cost and quality gates.
Experience coordinating pilot runs, validations and production transfer with cross-functional teams.
