Service Modernization Solution Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Modernization Solution Leader, based in Dubai, to lead the development and deployment of modernization solutions across our Middle East entities. This regional role will identify installed-base opportunities, shape technically and commercially compelling solutions, support local sales teams, and drive pipeline conversion to deliver customer value, profitable growth, and long-term service differentiation.

• →Regional Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute the modernization strategy across Middle East entities, aligned with business priorities, installed-base potential, market needs, and profitable growth objectives.
• →Solution and Customer Leadership: Engage customers and consultants to define modernization roadmaps and lead the development of differentiated technical-commercial solutions, business cases, and value propositions.
• →Entity Enablement and Pipeline Conversion: Partner with country service and sales teams to identify opportunities, strengthen pursuit plans, govern pipeline quality and forecasts, and accelerate deal conversion.
• →Standards and Capability Building: Develop scalable tools, playbooks, and governance while providing training, coaching, and deal support to strengthen modernization expertise and execution consistency.
• →Performance and Cross-functional Execution: Coordinate with sales, application, engineering, operations, supply chain, and finance teams; track bookings, sales, margin, conversion, and execution performance; and drive timely recovery actions.

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with relevant HVAC or building services modernization experience across Middle East markets.
• Technical and Commercial: Ability to assess installed equipment and develop compelling modernization solutions and business cases.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong stakeholder influence, presentation skills, and willingness to travel across the Middle East; Arabic is an advantage.

This role is pivotal to accelerating service modernization across the Middle East by connecting regional strategy with entity-level execution.
