About the Role

~2 min read

At Carrier, every day, we work to create solutions that make buildings and communities more sustainable, resilient, healthy, and efficient. Through our brands of Carrier Abound and 75F, we are accelerating the transformation of commercial buildings through intelligent building technologies, connected solutions, and data-driven insights that reduce energy use, lower emissions, improve occupant comfort, and enable smarter operational decisions. As digital channels increasingly influence how customers discover, evaluate, and engage with technology providers, this role will play a critical part in strengthening our market presence and connecting customers with solutions that are shaping the future of intelligent and sustainable buildings.

The Software & Control Solutions business of Carrier is seeking an experienced Digital & Marketing Operations Specialist to drive the business's digital marketing strategy, demand generation initiatives, and digital performance across key channels. The role will be responsible for growing the digital presence of our Digital and SaaS offerings through website optimization, SEO, digital campaigns, social media performance, landing pages, and content distribution. The individual will also support marketing operations activities including campaign tracking, lead management processes, reporting, and performance measurement. This is a hands-on digital marketing role with end-to-end ownership of outcomes. The successful candidate will work with agency partners across SEO, website management, and social media, but will remain accountable for the quality, effectiveness, and performance of all digital initiatives. The role requires someone who can define strategy, challenge recommendations, review execution, identify opportunities for improvement, and personally step in where necessary to bridge the gap between planning and results. Success in this role will come from combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that digital initiatives not only deliver strong marketing performance but also contribute meaningfully to business growth and market leadership.
