About this role:

The Senior Supervisor, Logistics leads logistics operations and teams across shifts, covering material receipt, storage, replenishment and shipping support. This role owns day-to-day execution, inventory accuracy and the development of front-line logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads logistics teams across shifts covering receiving, storage, replenishment and shipping support.
• Ensures materials are delivered to production on time and finished goods are staged for shipment.
• Owns inventory accuracy, cycle-count execution and transaction discipline.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, training and performance for the logistics team.
• Drives Lean logistics routines, standard work and 5S in warehouse, continuous improvement and line-side areas.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and powered-industrial-truck safety requirements.
• Leads problem-solving on material flow, shortages and process deviations.
• Tracks and improves logistics KPIs (on-time delivery to line, inventory accuracy, productivity).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of logistics, warehouse or materials experience, including supervising teams.
• 3+ years of ERP/WMS systems and material-handling operations experience.
• 3+ years safety orientation (OSHA, PIT/forklift compliance) experience.
• Availability to support a multi-shift operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience applying Lean logistics and standard work in a plant environment.

• Ability to manage day-to-day logistics execution and inventory accuracy.
• APICS or Lean certification.
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading 20+ hourly team members.
