We are currently offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for Construction Electronics Technician new hires.

Requirements
~1 min read- Familiarity with GPS, surveying, or construction technology equipment, preferred
- Must be able to install and configure firmware and software
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Basic computer skills for tracking, documentation, and software loading
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced technical environment
- Must have good troubleshooting skills and have good mechanic aptitude
- Must be proficient with MS-Office products
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be a self-directed and well organized with the ability to prioritize workload
- Must have an excellent driving record
- Must be willing to travel and work additional hours as needed to meet business and customer demands

- Required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus
- Experience in electronics troubleshooting and/or mechanical service repairs

In addition to base pay, the compensation package may include participation in performance-based incentive programs (e.g., discretionary or non-discretionary plans), as well as overtime eligibility depending on the role.
