We are hiring a detail-oriented Clinical Order Processing Specialist to support a US-based wound care supplies company. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations, medical order processing, or clinical support, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation. This role involves reviewing and processing patient supply orders, validating clinical information, and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.
Responsibilities

- →Verify patient, physician, and insurance information
- →Review clinical documentation for completeness and compliance
- →Coordinate with providers and internal teams for missing information
- →Maintain accurate records and update order statuses in internal systems
- →Ensure HIPAA compliance and data confidentiality
Requirements
~1 min read- Prior experience in healthcare order processing, medical data entry, DME, or clinical support
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation
- Wound care or home health experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work US business hours/night shifts
You will need to have some essential tools – a reliable computer and noise-canceling headset, a second monitor for enhanced productivity, and a stable internet connection. You’ll also be required to have a backup internet connection, ensuring that you’re well-equipped to complete your work seamlessly.
US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm
