• →Supervise LPNs: Oversee and guide a team of LPNs in providing direct patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and attention.
• →Coordinate Care: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that patient needs are met and exceeded.
• →Monitor Patient Progress: Regularly assess patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team and physicians.
