• →Enter professional and/or technical radiology charges accurately and timely
• →Review charge tickets, physician documentation, and system interfaces for completeness
• →Verify CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and modifier usage based on documentation
• →Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and radiology billing standards
• →Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up as needed
• →Reconcile daily charge batches and balance against schedules/modalities
• →Monitor and resolve charge edits and claim scrubber rejections
• →Communicate discrepancies with coding, billing, or clinical teams
• →Maintain productivity and accuracy benchmarks
• →Assist with month-end reconciliation and reporting

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1–2 years of medical charge posting experience (Radiology preferred)
• Basic understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and modifier usage
• Familiarity with radiology procedures and terminology
• Experience with practice management systems and EHR platforms
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Ability to meet daily productivity goals
• Understanding of revenue cycle workflow

• Knowledge of billing software associated with healthcare offices.
• Knowledge and understanding of the workings of medical offices and hospitals.
• Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills, internal and external
• Must be fluent in English (read, write, comprehend, and speak)
• Must comply with all HIPAA and OIG requirements.
• Must be able to pass background check as well as drug and alcohol testing

Preferably 1 year of experience in medical office setting or other structured business office and handle processing of payments.

                               Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (This will require flexibility due to patient load)
