Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire an Facilities and Operations Technician working from our Scottsdale, AZ office location with a start date on or before November 15, 2026.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IT, Facilities & Operations Technician

The Facilities and Operations Analyst oversees and executes a variety of facility and operational initiatives in partnership with Information Technology leadership. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, managing day-to-day operational activities, and ensuring the successful implementation and completion of assigned initiatives. This role will spend the most time managing facility equipment, furniture, appliances, supplies, and climate control needs; responding to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with building management and contractors; performing documented inspections and preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems; and supporting facility improvements, office moves, space planning, and business continuity efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

Related experience in facilities management, operations, and basic computer knowledge
Basic building maintenance solutions
Experience in commercial office and Medical Laboratory facilities
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Strong people skills and problem-solving abilities

SCHEDULE

8+ hours per day. Some days will require being on-site before business hours or after business hours. Some weekend work may be required.
