As a recruiter you will be a key member of the People & Culture Team. You will be responsible for recruitment and placement of CRO roles (inclusive of clinical, biometric, and administrative). Key tasks include sourcing, connecting with talent, assessing performance and culture fit for the company, and facilitating interviews and offers.

  • Source for all CRO roles (inclusive of clinical, biometric, and administrative).
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn.
  • Develop strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a thorough evaluation process connecting performance and culture fit for the company.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential candidates to keep them engaged and interested in opportunities within the organization.
  • Use job boards, social media, and professional networks for sourcing.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of clinical candidates
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in CRO recruitment preferred. Oncology experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of clinical roles and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive network of clinical research professionals; biometrics and oncology specialization for clinical highly desirable.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
