Stylist (Seasonal)

The Store Stylist is integral to our store as they are the ones who work directly with our customers, creating a warm welcoming customer experience and providing our customers with the highest level of product education and styling recommendations. 

We are looking for Seasonal Styling Associates to join our store teams with part time availability and flexibility to work weekends. 

This is a seasonal position that will run from October 2026-January 15th 2026. 

• All aspects of customer service to create a welcoming, and helpful buying experience for our customers.

  • This does not include services provided by Catbird at the time (Zapping/Piercing)

  • Greeting and engaging with customers to ensure they are welcomed into the store. This includes using the Catbird approved greetings and directed to meet the customers shopping needs.

    • Examples include 

      • “Hi, welcome to Catbird! How can I help you today?”

      • “Have you shopped with us before?”

      • “Let me show you some newness we have in store”

      • “Have you ever been zapped before/do you know about our permanent jewelry?!”

      • Awareness of full product assortment and able to educate our customers about product knowledge and Catbird jewelry styling.

        • Including both Catbird and Designer Assortment

        • Style customers based on their preferences and needs. 

        • Offers suggestions to the customer that are personalized and compliments their requests.

          • CHARM each customer and ensure they are leaving with the best Catbird experience.

          • Assists managers in restock, receiving, cleaning, and maintaining inventory & visual standards throughout the store.

            • Assist with In Store Pick Up’s, Tag Audits, and running product to the floor.

            • Engage in downtime tasks, including opening and closing duties.

            • Creates a delightful lasting impression while ringing customers out on our Point of Sale system, with accuracy & efficiency.

• Retail experience required, jewelry experience a plus

• Looking for someone who understands that customer service is the MOST important thing

• Someone who is nice, friendly, and easy to get along with.  

• Loves to work collaboratively with a store team and truly enjoys connecting with people!

• Someone who likes to style jewelry and make product recommendations.
