We are seeking a seasoned Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-wide integration solutions. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority on integration patterns, API strategy, and middleware architecture, bridging business requirements with scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. You will be a key voice shaping our integration roadmap, participating in requirements-gathering sessions, and presenting solutions to internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities Include:
Integration Architecture & Design
- Architect end-to-end integration solutions connecting CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Creatio, MS Dynamics) with enterprise systems including ERPs, data warehouses, and third-party SaaS platforms.
- Define and enforce integration patterns and data-flow governance across the organization.
- Evaluate and select appropriate integration styles based on business and technical trade-offs.
- Produce architecture blueprints, integration design documents, sequence diagrams, and data mapping specifications.
- Ensure solutions meet non-functional requirements including performance, availability, scalability, and disaster recovery.
- Guide teams on data migration and synchronization strategies between CRM solutions and external systems.
- Collaborate with other developers and administrators to ensure integration solutions align with platform best practices and governor limits.
Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Translate complex business processes into actionable, prioritized integration requirements and user stories.
- Document current-state and future-state integration landscapes, including gap analyses and migration roadmaps.
- Collaborate with client IT stakeholders during training and enablement sessions to ensure their self-sufficiency and confidence maintaining various parts of Catalyst builds. Includes preparation of training documentation.
- Present integration architectures, technology decisions, and roadmaps to executive leadership, clients, and external partners with clarity and confidence.
- Conduct integration architecture reviews and participate in security review boards.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration or solution architecture roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading requirements workshops and translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Background in consulting.
It'd be even better if you have:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Integration Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Proven expertise designing and delivering integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- MuleSoft Certified Associate, Developer, or MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect.
- AWS Solutions Architect Certification.
- Background in Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience in working with public sector, education, or non-profit spaces.
- Public speaking experience at Salesforce community events (Dreamforce, TrailheaDX, World Tours) or similar.
- Exposure to iPaaS platforms for comparative evaluations.

- Salary range of $140,000-$170,000 a year*
