About the Role

The Pastoral Care Coordinator is responsible for the wellbeing of students in their year cohort. They work in collaboration with the Assistant Principal Pastoral Care and Director of Student Wellbeing, and in partnership with other middle leaders in the College, to oversee the holistic development of students in their care with the aim of improving each students academic growth. The Pastoral Care Coordinator leads a team of Pastoral Care Teachers in the development, implementation and evaluation of an innovative Pastoral Program covering content not in the academic curriculum.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Bachelor of Teaching/Education or Master of Teaching
ACT Working with Vulnerable People clearance (WWVP)
ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
Accreditation in accordance with Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Canberra and Goulburn policy
