Location: Greece (Remote – relocation mandatory)

Join an international customer support project and help French-speaking customers with their daily needs related to products, services, and orders.

You will be part of a multicultural team delivering high-quality support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

• → Provide support via phone, email, and chat
• → Assist with product, service, and order inquiries
• → Troubleshoot issues and offer solutions
• → Ensure customer satisfaction
• → Follow KPIs and service quality standards

• French: C1–C2 (native level)
• English: B2+
• No previous experience required (customer service experience is a plus)
• NO VISA OR SPONSORSHIP PROVIDED
• Mandatory requirement: EU passport OR valid work permit for Greece
• Willingness to relocate to Greece

• Flight ticket within the EU
• 2 weeks hotel accommodation
• Airport pickup
• Support with housing search + agency fees covered
