Italian Customer Representative (Greece)

Location: Greece (100% Remote – must be based in Greece)
Start Date: 18/05 OR 26/06
Work Model: Fully Remote (within Greece only)

In this role, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with a variety of inquiries, including product information, orders, payments, and technical support. You will work in a dynamic and multicultural environment with strong focus on service excellence.

• → Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
• → Provide support for sales and after-sales inquiries
• → Assist with orders, returns, payments, and product information
• → Troubleshoot basic technical issues
• → Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
• → Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Italian: C2 (fluent/native)
• English: B2 minimum
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving mindset
• Must be based in Greece (mandatory for remote work)
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization
• Willingness to relocate to Greece if currently abroad

• Rotational schedule
• 2 days off per week (communicated in advance)
