- →Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
- →Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM systems.
- →Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience.
- →Stay up to date with the latest offers, policies and services.
- →Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer
~1 min read✓€1,055 gross salary, paid over 14 months.
✓Food allowance of €7.63 per working day.

✓Relocation support in selected cases.
✓Exceptional accommodation in Lisbon may be provided for candidates relocating to Portugal, if necessary.
- Monday to Sunday, following the German schedule.
- 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Two rotating days off per week.
Requirements
~1 min read- Native German or C1 German proficiency.
- B2 English level.
- Knowledge of automotive and digital products is an advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and computer skills.
- Professional, enthusiastic and customer-oriented attitude.
