Join a leading international digital environment as a Spanish-speaking Customer Care Representative based in Athens.

In this role, you will support users through multiple communication channels, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

• → Support customers via phone, email, and chat
• → Assist users with inquiries, account issues, and general support
• → Provide high-quality customer service and problem resolution
• → Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
• → Work efficiently within a dynamic international team
• → Ensure customer satisfaction and positive user experience

• Spanish: C2 / Native level
• English: B2 minimum
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
• EU citizenship or valid work authorization for Greece

• Full-time position (8h/day)
• Rotational 8-hour shifts
• Shifts communicated in advance
• 2 rotating days off per week

• Flight ticket within the EU
• 2 weeks hotel accommodation upon arrival
