Beauty Advisor (Rotativo)

Achieve sales goals complying with the guidelines of outstanding customer service and merchandising, always supporting store management. 

• Maintain sales floor and warehouse clean and organized.
• Keep communication channels with clients updated regarding new arrival and birthdays.
• Help on inventory and stock controls of testers and sales merchandise.
• Greeting and assisting clients.
• Guide clients through fragrance and beauty experiences.
• Process sales transactions on till and wrapping.
• Ensure clients database is up to date.

• →Candidate must be fluent both in English and Spanish.
• →Adaptability to flexible shifts (AM/PM) and availability of time to work on Sundays, holidays and night work when required.
• →Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales or any other related field.
• →Be able to work with deadlines, strong sense of detail, creative and innovative thinker, excellent communications skills, and strong decision-making skills.
• →Strong client orientation
• →Experience in the luxury retail market is a plus
• →Ability to build solid relations with high-end customers
• →Able to work independently as well as team player, problem-solving and good communicator
• →Must be someone organized, resourceful, with a clear communication.

• →Experience of client facing with good interpersonal skills.
• →Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• →Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
• →Extensive knowledge about the brand and its history.
