Business Intelligence Manager, North Asia

With the “Lead Beyond” strategic intent of North Asia, the President’s Office plays a critical role in connecting the strategic intent of the North Asia leadership agenda with the clarity, alignment, and disciplined follow-through. The focus of the President’s Office is to elevate strategic planning and governance capabilities and infuse insight and foresight through business partnership.

In an increasingly volatile macroeconomic environment marked by shifting policies, geopolitical tensions, and rapid technological disruption, making well-informed strategic decisions requires continuous, structured intelligence. This role will serve as a dedicated resource to monitor macroeconomic signals, benchmark competitors, and track emerging technology and social trends, providing leadership with a single source of actionable insights. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, business, or related field

• Working experience in research, strategy, or competitive intelligence roles
   

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

• Ability to interpret complex data sets and distill key insights
   

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Experience with Thinkcell, Photoshop, Figma or other software for data visualization and presentation automation

• Knowledge of AI-based tools for research and automation
   

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin. Korea is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, cross-functional environment

• High ethical standards, discretion, and a strong sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive data
