Fashion Advisor - UAE National

Position based in Fashion Boutique in The Dubai Mall Boutique.

As Fashion Advisor, you will be part of the sales team and will contribute to the development of sales of RTW, shoes, accessories, handbags, small leather goods, watches and fine jewelry by offering our clients the ultimate client experience.

• Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Fashion Advisor has several key partners, such as Boutique Management, Sales team, Visual Merchandising, Stock, Alterations, Aftersales, Security, Training and Corporate teams.

• Create a luxurious experience for every customer entering our boutique in line with Chanel’s exceptional services.
• Ensure clients are welcomed in the required manner in order to create strong relationships and encourage brand loyalty.
• Ensure that sales and procedures are followed accurately.

• Support the creation by proposing the Chanel full allure and offering the best of the brand to every client, putting Chanel product at the heart of the client experience.
• Build client relationships based on Chanel core value.
• Immerse clients in a transformative experience that reflects the style of Chanel.
• Contribute to make our aftersales application tangible and engage clients beyond product experience.
• Embrace the Chanel sustainability core values and fashion posture.

• Ensure that all grooming standards are in line with Chanel image as outlined in the Chanel guidelines.
• Understand and maintain all boutique areas according to current merchandising guidelines.
• Be aware of stock levels, participate regularly in inventory management including cycle counts and re-stocking.
• Work effectively and efficiently with colleagues and management in line with the Chanel values of communication, agility/growth mindset and team spirit/collaboration.

• Represent the sophistication and legacy of CHANEL in every interaction.

• You have 1 to 3 Years’ sales experience in a Fashion Retail environment.
• Good understanding of the UAE market and its clients.
• Enthusiasm for fashion and dedication to service excellency.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and styling skills.
