Fashion Boutique Associate

CHANEL Sweden is currently looking for a Fashion Boutique Associate with a passion for client service and an expertise in fashion.

The job of a Fashion Boutique Associate is to maximize all sales opportunities whilst maintaining the CHANEL standards in all areas. To create strong client relationships and brand loyalty by ensuring excellent client service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times. To have great styling ability, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be a brand ambassador of the highest order.

This is a full-time position based in the Fashion Boutique in Stockholm, with a six-month probation period. The role reports hierarchically to the Sales Manager.

• Acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities
• Lead the development of new customers and brand ambassadors by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand
• Create an exceptional, luxury experience for all clients by providing prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through personalized and harmonious outreach
• Engage fully in all training initiatives, mastering and exemplifying exceptional selling skills and in-depth product expertise in alignment with the house highest standards.

• Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably within luxury
• A highly motivated and self-reliant professional, driven to deliver excellence in every aspect of the role
• High degree of ethics and obsession with customer service and satisfaction
• Fluent in Swedish and English
