Provide luxurious skincare and body treatment services at CHANEL cabin to customers to enhance professional skincare expert image of CHANEL and maximize skincare category sales.
Spearhead all effort and resources to create Chanel Difference and to build retail leadership in the market.

→Maintain the professional image of a CHANEL Skincare Therapist and ensure that all communication/interaction with customers is in line with CHANEL’s image and standards.
→Speak confidently during treatment or one-to-one consultations.
→Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards in cabins, and points-of-sales at all time
→Ensure VM in CHANEL cabin is executed according to VM guideline

Spontaneously provide Exceptional Customer Service to all customers.
Understand the customer’s needs through proper skin diagnosis and propose appropriate skincare treatment to ensure customer satisfaction results and increase sales volume via recommendations of products.
Share skincare tips and techniques with customers.Establish a solid customer base and build customer loyalty by offering exceptional CHANEL skincare experience
Share philosophy, tips of CHANEL fragrance and beauty products to encourage cross-sell.
Assist in or conduct Beauty workshops / seminars to educate customers and to demonstrate Brand expertise and professionalism.

Seek continuous improvement in achieving higher performance and sales targets defined by counter/boutique manager.
Drive and track EBC targets and results on daily / weekly / monthly basis.Link / cross-sell to makeup and fragrance to drive sales using the CHANEL guidelines and standards.Work with Beauty Advisors and assist them in link and cross-selling CHANEL products to customers.
Actively seek to recruit/convert new Skincare users to CHANEL

Attendance and PunctualityRespect and abide by operational rules and regulations as set out by CHANEL and the department store.
Accuracy and consistency of good performance and self-presentation.Maintain testers/tools inventory and upkeep of equipment’s in the skincare cabin.
Manage all facial related appointments to ensure optimization of cabin usage.
Ensure all operational procedures regarding sales, returns, transfers, stock adjustments and all policies are followed.
Supervise the utilization of SPM, ensure alignment to company guidelines (samples, testers, shopping bags, gift-wrapping, other CHANEL cabin-specific SPM, etc).
Ensure all customers’ details and sales data are recorded and maintained properly, CRM data on each customer is kept up to date, in accordance with the policy on Collection and Protection of Company Data.

Provide feedback on results of CHANEL skincare and competitive events to management.
Provide customers’ feedback and findings / observations to management.
Continuously improve and update on product knowledge, skills and keep abreast of new trends / techniques in the market.

Carry out responsibilities to reflect CHANEL mission, vision and values.
Act interdependently and demonstrate team spirit.
Develop a partnership with BAs, constantly inspire and be a role model.

Requirements

Secondary School Graduate

Facial diploma(s) (ITEC / CIBTAC / CONFERATION / CIDESCO).
Facial experience (at least 3 years).
Knowledge of Body Anatomy & Physiology and basic massage techniques are necessary. Massage therapies certifications
Excellent skills in facial and massage techniques.
Professional and ethical in beauty industry.
Show interest and passion in performing beauty therapy treatments.
Good selling skills across the 3 categories with a distinct interest and passion for skincare.
Basic makeup skills are necessary.
Fluent in Mother tongue and English is a plus
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Strong interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment.
Well-groomed and good complexion.
