This Net Zero Data Analyst internship, based in Paris and starting in January 2027, sits within CHANEL’s 5-person Sustainability Europe team, covering climate data analysis and the roll-out of the Net Zero roadmap for the region. The role reports to the Net Zero Manager and works at the interface between business data analysis, carbon accounting methods and operational decision support. You interact closely with Performance teams and with business and operational teams across the region and its markets. 

What impact you can create at Chanel 

• Analyse historical carbon footprint data to identify trends, emission drivers and reduction opportunities 

• Produce comparative analyses across European markets to inform action levers for local and business teams 

• Contribute to forward-looking analyses assessing carbon footprint reduction scenarios, supported by the Net Zero Manager 

• Contribute to deploying and tracking reduction initiatives across operations, energy and media 

• Strengthen data reliability for Climate Transition Plan reporting: collection, consolidation, analysis

What you will bring 

• Strong command of Excel to structure, process and analyse data sets 

• Ability to synthesise your analyses and present them clearly, notably in PowerPoint 

• Rigour, analytical thinking, autonomy and the ability to document your reasoning 

• Clear interest in climate, environmental or organisational transformation topics 

• Fluent French and English, written and spoken
