CC7 Europe BV is based in The Hague, the Netherlands, a dynamic international hub. Our multicultural team works from modern offices in the World Trade Centre. Founded in 2021 by a group of seasoned professionals, we brought together a team of skilled engineers with a vision to establish a pioneering engineering firm. Today, we are spread-heading with bold plans for future growth and innovation.

Our approach to EPC goes beyond expectations, combining advanced technology, sustainable practices, and efficient processes to achieve outstanding results at every project phase.

The leadership team at CC7 Europe has built a comprehensive service offering that covers every stage of the engineering process—from initial concept and value creation to full implementation and financial security.

At CC7 Europe, we recognize that our people are our greatest asset. Your knowledge and insights help us foster an environment where innovation thrives and creative solutions take shape. We are seeking individuals who are eager to bring their expertise to the forefront and make a meaningful impact.

As a Senior Piping Materials Engineer at CC7 Europe B.V., you will be responsible for the development and delivery of piping materials engineering throughout all project phases—from concept to FEED and full EPC execution. You will manage the creation of piping classes, material requisitions, technical specifications, and procurement support, ensuring full alignment with international codes and standards.

You will work closely with internal project teams, suppliers, and other disciplines to ensure timely and accurate engineering input. In addition to your technical scope, this role gives you the opportunity to contribute to internal standards and procedures, and influence the execution of large-scale industrial projects.

  • Preparing and maintaining piping material classes, and performing wall thickness and vacuum calculations according to project requirements and applicable codes.

  • Developing technical specifications and data sheets for special piping items.

  • Reviewing and aligning with client specifications and inputs from other engineering disciplines.

  • Managing material take-offs and creating requisition packages for procurement.

  • Controlling the Piping BOQ, including monitoring of material surplus and shortages.

  • Preparing the list and detailed data sheets for piping specialty items.

  • Supporting or developing specifications for fabrication, welding (WPS/PQR), insulation, painting, and testing (shop and field).

  • Assisting in technical bid evaluations, supplier meetings, and vendor document review.

  • Collaborating with procurement, expediting, inspection, and logistics to support material flow.

  • Coordinating with internal and external parties across study, FEED, and EPC project phases.

  • Providing input to proposals, cost estimation, and special subcontract package development.

  • Proactively collecting inputs from other disciplines, licensors, and third-party vendors.

  • Ensuring compliance with schedule, quality, and cost targets for assigned scope.

  • Contributing to the setup of company practices, tools, and work instructions for piping engineering.

  • Supporting related activities in Piping Engineering, Piping Layout, and Design.

We are looking for a seasoned Piping Materials Engineer who brings technical depth and project experience from the oil & gas, petrochemical, or energy sectors. You should be confident navigating complex specifications, vendor interactions, and fast-paced execution environments, while also having a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
