Enterprise Data Analyst

• →Contribute to a small team of analysts in Enterprise Applications, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• →Maintain a cooperative and professional working relationship with other members of the IT staff and with the CCAD community.
• →In collaboration with other IT staff, implement technology security standards as well as maintain and protect the confidentiality of information and data.
• →May serve on College-wide committees, task forces, working groups etc.
• →Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.

• →Represent CCAD and Library & Information Technology by attending or presenting at appropriate conferences and events.
• →Participate in the life of the College by attending campus events such as gallery openings, student exhibits and invited speakers.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Advanced proficiency using SQL, SSRS, and Power BI, or similar reporting programs.
• Advanced proficiency of data analytics, reporting and data integration technologies.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), data visualizations, data warehousing, and APIs.
• A passion for helping the organization use data.
• Experience writing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Experience with integration platforms or IPaaS desired.

• Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent related experience in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience with database systems, including integrations, reporting, and querying.
• Experience on projects to transition systems to the cloud, or implement new systems, or complete major upgrades to systems.

• The employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
• The employee frequently is required to sit and reach with hands and arms.
• The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

• This role is primarily on campus with the opportunity to work remotely one or two days out of the week. The employee may be required to come to campus to carry out specific work-related activities.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
