C-Care also owns and manages 22 primary care Clinics and 55 C-Lab collection centres in Mauritius, Uganda, and Madagascar.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Business Analytics or a related field.
- →Professional certification in Hay Job Evaluation, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Lean/Six Sigma or Project Management would be an advantage.
- →10–15 years of progressive leadership experience, with significant exposure to performance management, rewards, organisational effectiveness, governance and workforce planning.
- →Proven experience in developing and implementing operating models, HR policies, standards and governance frameworks.
- →Demonstrated experience leading organisational effectiveness, workforce productivity, transformation and change management initiatives.
- →Strong experience in HR systems management, workforce analytics, business intelligence and executive reporting.
- →Experience working within multi-country, large-scale or matrix organisations is preferred.
- →Sound knowledge of organisational design, job architecture, career frameworks and succession planning methodologies.
- →Strong understanding of workforce planning, productivity measurement, workforce analytics and organisational performance management.
- →Expertise in compensation, benefits, salary benchmarking and reward governance practices.
- →Proficiency in HR technologies, digital transformation initiatives and data-driven decision-making.
- →Experience in budget management, workforce costing, financial analysis and resource optimisation.
- →Knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management, internal controls and governance practices.
- →Experience in policy development, management infrastructure design and continuous improvement methodologies.
- →Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- →Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and governance.
- →Proven ability to drive continuous improvement, process simplification and operational excellence.
- →Strong executive communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- →Demonstrated project and programme management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- →High level of accountability, integrity and professionalism.
- →Strong collaboration, relationship-building and cross-functional leadership skills.
- →Results-oriented with the ability to deliver outcomes in a dynamic and complex environment.
- →Proven leadership, coaching and team development capabilities.
