• →Lead discussions with customers to understand their business guidelines and claims processes, ensuring our solutions effectively support their needs.  

• →Develop and maintain business rules using CCC’s Audit rules engine.  

• →Conduct in-depth analysis of Audit rule results to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.  

• →Consult with customers and provide actionable recommendations to help them achieve performance goals.  

• →Respond to troubleshooting requests from customers and internal account teams.  

• →Partner with Product Development to initiate new rule templates and propose solution enhancements. 

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience analyzing complex data and drawing meaningful conclusions.

• Strong presentation skills with confidence presenting to customers.

• Creative problem‑solver able to work independently.

• Knowledge of the insurance claims process is a plus.
