**Job Summary:**
Clearwater Central Catholic High School has an immediate opening for a long-term substitute IB English Teacher. As a college-preparatory institution focused on holistic education, we are looking for a candidate who embodies our values of intellectual growth, moral development, and service to others.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of three years of teaching experience specifically in IB English at the high school level.
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
- Master's degree in Education or English is highly desirable.
- Possession of a valid Florida Department of Education Professional Certificate, Statement of Eligibility, or eligibility to obtain one.

Mandated Diocesan Trainings: Complete all mandated Diocesan trainings (online)

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum and lesson plans tailored to the IB English program.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages intellectual curiosity and critical thinking.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall academic experience of students.
- Uphold the mission and values of Clearwater Central Catholic High School in all aspects of teaching and interactions with students and staff.
