We are recruiting a highly motivated pharmacist to provide patient care in both central operations and surgical areas, including orthopedics/general surgery, colorectal surgery, and trauma stepdown/floor units.

In this decentralized surgical role, daily responsibilities include coverage of assigned units and service lines, coordination of pharmaceutical care, therapeutic drug monitoring, identification and mitigation of medication safety issues, development of cost-effective pharmacotherapy plans, and medication reconciliation. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals is essential to delivering high-quality patient care.
